Cashew trees grow in many tropical areas around the world, particularly in India, South East Asia and Western Africa.

Cashew nuts are loved for their sweet and rich taste. They are very popular as a healthy snack and a culinary ingredient, too - especially in traditional Asian cuisines.

Like many other nuts and seeds, cashew nuts are an excellent source of healthy fats, antioxidants, vitamins, minerals and trace elements.

We know that cashews support the work of the heart and cardiovascular system; their significant contents of micro-elements, ex. copper and magnesium, help remove free radicals and increase energy production within the body, and provide vital support to the bones. (Ref. 1)
